This workshop combines making a beautiful handtied bouquet, to take away with you, whilst exploring how our minds can get in the way of enjoying and being.
Price £80
Brook House is a beautiful Georgian House in the heart of picturesque St Neots.
Free parking is available on site and teas and coffee will be provided.

Joanna is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in private practice. Flowers and floristry have been a part of her life since her first job as a Saturday girl in a flower shop. Psychotherapy and floristry have played different and separate parts of her life until now.
Joanna is delighted to be able to bring them together in this one of a kind workshop. She will introduce you to some psychological themes to get your mind focussing on how you judge, criticise, and potentially hold yourself back. She will demonstrate how to make a handtied bouquet and then it is over to you! Flowers, foliage and all equipment will be provided so you can create a beautiful handtied bouquet whilst tuning into what you are thinking and feeling.
We will explore ways you can turn down those critical voices and introduce positive, encouraging, nurturing and supportive messages.
